Christopher M. Swartz, CEO has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc. since April 1996 and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jreck Subs, Inc. since September 1994. Mr. Swartz is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Restaurant Association and sits as the Vice Chairman of the Association Finance Committee. He has won multiple national leadership awards from the National Republican Committee. Mr. Swartz is a 1992 honors graduate of Syracuse University.

Robert C. Taft has an impressive business background. From 1999-2002 he was Chief Operating Officer, Fuddruckers, Inc., From 1996-1999 he was President, Au Bon Pain Business Unit, President and Chief Executive Officer, Papa Gino’s, Inc. Earlier he had been Executive Vice President and COO, Skipper’s, Inc., Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for A&M Food Services, operator of 160 Pizza Hut Restaurants. He was educated at University of New Hampshire and received a BS in Hotel Administration, minor in Journalism and Marketing with post-graduate studies in nutrition, advertising, media buying, computer, real estate and marketing.

Harold L. Kestenbaum is an attorney who has specialized in franchise law and other matters relating to franchising since 1977. Mr. Kestenbaum has served as franchise and general counsel and director for Sbarro, Inc. and currently sits on the Board of Directors of RezConnect Technologies, Inc., Ultimate Franchise Systems, Desert Moon Café Franchise Corp., GarageTek, Inc. and Beverly Hills Weight Loss & Wellness, Inc.. He was President and Chairman of the Board of FranchiseIt Corporation, the first publicly traded company specializing in providing franchise marketing and consulting services and equity financing to emerging franchise companies.
