Christopher M. Swartz, CEO has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc. since April 1996 and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jreck Subs, Inc. since September 1994. Mr. Swartz is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Restaurant Association and sits as the Vice Chairman of the Association Finance Committee. He has won multiple national leadership awards from the National Republican Committee. Mr. Swartz is a 1992 honors graduate of Syracuse University.

Earlier he had been Executive Vice President and COO, Skipper’s, Inc., Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for A&M Food Services, operator of 160 Pizza Hut Restaurants. He was educated at University of New Hampshire and received a BS in Hotel Administration, minor in Journalism and Marketing with post-graduate studies in nutrition, advertising, media buying, computer, real estate and marketing.
